Is this a will or a legal document?

No. It's a private, personal record: a map to what you already have. It isn't a will, a power of attorney or legal advice, and it doesn't replace them. It sits alongside them and tells your family where they are and who to talk to.

Who is it for?

Anyone in the UK with a home, family, accounts or pets that someone else would have to deal with if you were suddenly ill, in hospital, or if the worst happened. It works just as well for a couple, a single parent or someone looking after older parents.

What happens to the answers I type in?

They stay in your browser. Your pack is built on your own device and downloaded straight to you. We don't create an account, store your answers or keep a copy. If you like, you can choose to remember your answers on that device so you can come back later. It's off unless you turn it on.

Will it ask for my passwords or PINs?

No, never. The pack records where things are and who to contact, not how to get into them. It never asks for passwords, PINs or account logins.

How long does it take?

About 30–40 minutes, and you don't have to do it in one go. Turn on “Remember my answers on this device” and you can come back and finish later; saved answers stay on that device for 30 days unless you delete them sooner. Skip anything that doesn't apply and it simply won't appear in your pack.

What do I get, and how is it delivered?
