Family Handover Pack is digital content, built personally for you in your own browser the moment you pay. Before you buy, we ask you to agree to have it created straight away and to confirm that you understand this ends the usual 14-day right to cancel for a change of mind. That's why we can't offer change-of-mind refunds once your pack has been created.
This doesn't affect your legal rights if something goes wrong. See below for how we'll put things right.
We do not store your answers or your pack, so we cannot recover or resend it. After payment, download the PDF and keep a copy somewhere safe before you close the page. If the download does not work, keep the page open and email us straight away.
If you were charged in error, or a fault on our side stopped your pack from being created or downloaded, email us and we'll put it right, either by helping you get your pack or by refunding you. We'll look into every request fairly and reply promptly. A mistake or omission in the information you entered isn't a fault on our side, but do get in touch and we'll help if we can.
Email us at support@familyhandoverpack.com with your order details and what went wrong, and we'll investigate and get back to you. Please contact us first so we can look into the issue quickly. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider and seller of record, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
